Fresh Pond Physical Therapy is seeking creative, hardworking, and caring individuals interested in working in an environment committed to providing the highest quality of patient care. Primary job functions include:
Responsible for general office and administrative tasks, including but not limited to facility management, overall facility coordination, external communications with suppliers, vendors, and other corporate contacts as needed.
Other responsibilities:

• - Record keeping for all documentation (Administrative, HR/Employee files, updates etc.)
• - Financial accountability (Banking, Accounting, Expense management, QuickBooks)
• - Schedule organization
• - Maintenance
• - Provider credentialing

Qualifications:

• Four year college degree is preferred
• Background in accounting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient Knowledge of Quick Books or similar programs
• Extremely organized and professional
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Goal and very detail oriented, able to work effectively with deadlines and changes
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks
• Experience is helpful, but we train the right person
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment
