Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of phone etiquette
- Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are readily available for customers
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for product selection and pricing
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory management, and reporting
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
