Job Overview:

Duties:

Experience:

- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on recruiting, inventory control, sales management, and store operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in math for handling financial transactions and analyzing sales data
- Knowledge of stock management practices to optimize inventory levels
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
