About the Position:

The Director of Strategy & Implementation will play a critical role in shaping our company's success by driving strategic initiatives, overseeing Treasury Management product implementation, and ensuring revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and finance. Your ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and manage complex projects will be essential.

Essential Duties:

Strategy Execution:

  • Project Management: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and track performance against goals.

Product Ownership:

  • Define Product Vision: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define the long-term vision for our Treasury Management products.
  • Product Prioritization: Create and identify product priorities for Treasury Management, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with partners and development teams to prioritize features based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences and ensure product quality.

Revenue and Billing:

  • Pricing Strategies: Develop pricing models and strategies that maximize revenue while considering market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Billing Processes: Oversee monthly billing processes and validation.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Work closely with finance teams to forecast revenue and track product and team performance against targets.

Product Go-to-Market (GTM):

  • Launch Planning: Lead GTM strategies for new Treasury Management product launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to provide product training, collateral, and competitive insights.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
  • Channel Partnerships: Explore and establish partnerships to expand product distribution channels.

Implementation Workflow Development:

  • Process Optimization: Design and enhance implementation workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with development, operations, and customer success teams to streamline implementation processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure successful product deployments.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; builds a diverse workforce and supports affirmative action.
  • Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations, and adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
  • Follows policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, including mandatory Bank Compliance Training; supports the Bank's goals and values; benefits the bank through outside activities.
  • Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, and product ownership, preferably in the commercial banking industry.
  • Proven experience in project management, product management, strategy, or implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in implementation workflow development, process optimization, and quality assurance.

Compensation details: 130000-170000 Yearly Salary
