Responsibilities: Serve as an integral part of the Finance & Controlling team that influences and controls all aspects of the business Provide leadership and support to the business in the areas of sales forecasting, operative planning, costing, working capital management, investment, etc. Initiate analysis to identify opportunities to drive new business & cost reduction activities Responsible for preparing and reporting Segment P&L and Customer P&L to upper Management Responsible for preparing and reporting profitability report by Products and Product Lines Understands the Divisional P&L and the main drivers of profitability and costs Looks for ways of improving Operational Result and offsetting negative effects (e.g. in case of volume losses) Leads SG&A cost during Budget (Operative Plan) preparation Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent required CPA or CMA designation preferred but not required Prior experience in manufacturing environment is required Proficiency in computer and related software programs (SAP, MS Office tools) Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Costing, Profitability Analysis, General Accounting in a manufacturing environment.
