Responsibilities Include
- Bring on new business
- Making sales call through face to face or phone calls.
- Negotiating competitive rates while ensuring a profitable return.
- Using innovative prospecting techniques to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Establishing a strong relationship with customers to increase business.
- Meet and exceed growth targets.
- Staying current with industry trends and business markets to target potential clients.
- Support Freymiller s core values of Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, and Excellence.
- 5 years experience in Freight Brokerage / Logistics industry.
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for success.
- Ability to generate new business by making face to face sales calls and outbound calls
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Microsoft Office skillset.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
