In the market for a new position and looking to join a fast growing company? Our client in NYC is looking for an Associate People and Culture Officer to join their team on full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Work with payroll providers to ensure that payroll services are delivered to each location (except the US) in a timely manner compliant with local tax and standards.
• Responsible for processing data in Workday or the provider’s payroll processing system for the respective locations
• Work collaboratively with the Employee Support Centre to ensure payroll changes are entered before the payroll cut-off date and supporting documentation is fulfilled
• Have strong experience with project management and change management
• Knowledgeable with procurement, facilities management, process improvement
• Working with global payroll teams and systems
• Willing to work hybrid onsite in New York City
