Job Overview:

We are seeking a Transportation Sales & Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Role Summary:

Purpose of the Role: Drives Revenue for the company – answers calls, has key client interactions, taking down details, timelines of events, signature of contracts, working with Charter bus business only, outbound calls to – existing accounts and cold calls to keep the sales pipeline full.

Key Responsibilities: Answers Phone, can understand the entire bus schedule (when you can do business and when you cannot), drives out the specific timelines of the entire trip, Every bathroom break and stop along the way from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will enjoy knowing that they made a great event/transport happen because of their efforts and details.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills: Computer skills, fast-paced, multitasking, use of internal system (to enter data into that communicates with other departments), Knowing what kind of questions to ask of event manager, details, logistics of the entire trip.

Preferred Skills: Clear communicator, detail oriented, curious, enjoys being a part of a team, can be independently trusted to get the job done.

Education: High School Diploma required

Experience:

Industry Experience: Prior inbound transportation sales experience or sales within the transportation industry in general.

Role Experience:

Project/Technology Experience: ability to use Microsoft programs and learn other new system specific to company and transportation.
