We are looking for an experienced Building Engineer to join our team at The Jefferson Apartments in Detroit, Michigan. This position will complete the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all commercial building equipment including electrical, mechanical, pump, fire, plumbing, HVAC systems, Pipe fitting, and boiler system work to achieve increased efficiency. The Building Engineer will be required to ensure safety while decreasing downtime by completing proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.
