Friedman Real Estate Inc is Hiring a Dayporter Near Detroit, MI
Responsibilities
- Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.
- Housekeeping and janitorial tasks
- Other general maintenance duties as necessary
- One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed.
- Must have basic set of tools.
- Be responsible and reliable.
- Have a positive, get the job done attitude.
