Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Requirements:
- Experience in patient care and caregiving
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to provide memory care, catheter care, and dementia care
- Proficiency in lifting techniques and assisting patients with mobility
- Familiarity with systems for documenting patient care
