We're looking for an ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to join our team at Friendship Hyundai of Princeton!

Our ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and ready to grasp new concepts quickly.

What You'll Do :

• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Accurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templates
• Build rapport with customers by providing market data and dealership information
• Use software to confirm and offer appraisal amounts
• Set customer appointments for vehicle appraisal and purchase
• Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system
• Contribute to a positive team environment in a highly collaborative position

Qualification Checklist :

• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Internet and computer savvy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
