We’re currently recruiting a Full Time Hospitalist for Western Avenue Medical Center located in Manitowoc, WI. The Western Avenue Medical Practice is very collegial, collaborative, and consultative with exceptional support staff. The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network is a partnership between Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research, and education.
Our health network operates eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. Enjoy autonomy with the benefit of a large hospital system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin.
*Hours/Shifts 11 – 13-hour shifts (6A – 5P, 5P – 6 A) One week on/ one week off No dedicated Nocturnist. The hospitalist all rotate into the night shifts. Generally, every 3rd week of rotations is a night shift.*
*Preferred background in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.*

Qualifications:

• Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (If Board eligible must obtain certification within 2 years of employment)
• Preferred training in Family Medicine, Med/Peds or Internal Medicine
