Froling Energy is a small business that specializes in wood heating. We are professional, agile and our goal is to find an individual that is interested in wood burning technology and renewable energy and has a good understanding of technology in general. We have started a new division that distributes advanced wood boilers throughout the US and are looking for an individual that can bring energy to this start up and grow this division into the market leader.
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence through effective account management and territory sales strategies.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall sales performance
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits
-Able to generate presentations and speak in public.
-understand boilers and boiler technology ( this can be learned)
*Skills*
- Experience in sales, preferably technical sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
