Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate must have high volume experience and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- 5 years previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems
- Ability to handle high-volume orders while maintaining quality
- Strong sales skills and excellent time management
- Understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory purposes
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is an advantage

Pay: $11.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
