Description

Essential Functions:

• Greet and escort direct customers through the material yard for viewings.
• Print jobs as they are issued by the direct customer and/or commercial clients
• Enter jobs into scheduling database
• Create and verify quotes
• Notify customer/client of quoting, lot option discrepancies, and errors
• Revise jobs as needed as lot option changes are issued
• Monitor Material Selections and notify the correct people and management as needed
• Collect and attach hold tickets in scheduling database
• Reschedule jobs when notify by customer/client
• Notify customer/client of problems before and after template and install
• Request trip fees for items not complete/ready in requested work dates
• Create quotes for rebuilds and billable services and request and collect VPOs from builder before scheduling
• Confirm and communicate scheduled dates for service and warranty dates
• Collect VPOs for rebuilds and service items
• Complete activities, note and reschedule dates daily
• Any other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications

Experience:

Project Coordinator experience preferred

Knowledge of the counter top industry preferred

Skills & Abilities:

High attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Must be able to handle high volume workload

Builder/Commercial Coordinator Job Type:

Full time- Onsite

Great schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm (subject to change)

Builder/ Commercial Coordinator Pay:

$21.00 per hour
