Job Description:
Front Runner Construction, a leading construction company specializing in windows and roofing solutions, is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential and additional incentives for generating leads.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to promote and sell our high-quality windows and roofing products.
- Identify and approach potential customers in residential areas to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
- Continuously update knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback, ideas, and best practices to drive collective success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of windows and roofing products is a plus.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
