Company Description

Frontera Capital Advisors is a corporate finance firm based in Miami. Our focus is on advising companies, private equity firms, and financial groups that are investing and operating in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Administrator role based in our Miami office. The Executive Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies. They will also assist with document preparation, data entry, and other general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.
  • Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and office management.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, Portuguese a plus. 
  • Associate’s degree Required, Bachelor’s a plus. 
  • Minimum 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of finance and investment concepts is a plus
