Frontera Health, Inc. is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst: Expansion Markets Colorado Springs Near Denver, CO

Frontera Health is developing a tech-enabled platform to provide pediatric therapies for rural families in need. Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. By working with parents and caregivers in rural communities, we aim to increase access to care, improve health equity, and deliver personalized treatment for better outcomes. Frontera is led by a world-class leadership team, well capitalized and backed by premier investors (Lightspeed and Lux), and already have 500 clients eagerly awaiting our services. As Frontera continues to scale, we will continue to expand services and product offerings to better serve the families and providers in our communities. Are you an entrepreneurial BCBA with a passion for building something extraordinary? We're seeking exceptional leaders to spearhead the launch of our ABA services in Colorado, building a thriving new market from the ground up. This is more than just a clinical role - it's an opportunity to be a pioneer, a networker, and a builder. You'll not only provide top-notch care to clients and families, but also cultivate a dynamic team of RBTs and BCBAs in geographies where there is a growing list of waiting families in need of ABA services. This is a perfect opportunity for BCBAs who wish to grow their own practice while receiving financial and technology support from an organization that is dedicated to closing the access gap for families in need of ABA services. What You'll Do: Build the Foundation: Establish our brand and presence in Colorado, forging partnerships with schools, clinics, and community organizations. Grow the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented RBTs and BCBAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Client Care Champion: Deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing all aspects of care. This will include occasional travel to Pueblo and Otero County, Colorado to provide support and guidance to staff and families. Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and raise awareness about the benefits of ABA therapy. Network: Leverage your existing connections and build new ones within the Colorado ABA community, establishing Frontera Health as a trusted leader. Measure: Analyze client progress, track metrics, and ensure quality assurance standards are met, continuously refining your approach. Who You Are: A BCBA with a master's degree in Psychology or related field, ideally with an emphasis on ABA. 2 years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting. Proven managerial experience and a knack for building successful teams. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving results. Strong networking skills and deep understanding of the Colorado ABA community. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues. Data-driven decision-maker with a commitment to continuous improvement. Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and relevant ABA software. Bonus Points: Experience launching new markets or similar projects. Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken in Colorado communities. Membership in ABAI and relevant Colorado professional associations. We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO. Expected salary range in Denver $70,000-$90,000 USD Frontera Health, Inc. is committed to creating and maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and has the opportunity to thrive.
