Duties:

• Provide daily care of residents according to each resident's care plan
• Assist residents in showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Monitor residents for change in condition and respond to emergencies
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Assist during mealtime
• Maintain confidentiality of resident records
• Promote teamwork and demonstrate a positive attitude
