As the Administrator/House Manager of a 50 bed CBRF Assisted Living Home you would be building trust with your team, the residents, and their families every day!

Position Overview:

• Must have history of Leading caregivers and exhibiting care for all team members
• Must be able to work independently, as well as prioritize and organize workload
• Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, goal-oriented, and be dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Must also be eager to learn, including accepting and offering feedback
• Must be able to manage budget and other administrative deadlines in a timely manner
• Must have at least two years’ experience in a leadership role in a CBRF environment. Administrator Certification or a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
