Job Description for Insulation Installer

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking skilled and motivated Poly Level Foam Installers to join our team. As a Poly Level Foam Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the structural integrity and appearance of our clients' properties by leveling and stabilizing driveways, sidewalks, and steps using high-quality poly level foam.

Key Responsibilities for Insulation Installer

- Install poly-level foam to level and stabilize concrete surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, and steps.

- Measure and prepare areas for foam application, ensuring proper coverage and leveling.

- Operate and maintain poly level foam equipment and tools.

- Seal gaps and cracks to prevent further sinking and improve durability.

- Ensure all installations meet safety and building codes.

- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

- Complete job documentation and reports accurately and timely.

Qualifications for Insulation Installer

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and handle physical tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Strong work ethic and reliability.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
