Requirements for the Outside Sales Representative
- Additional experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is advantageous but not mandatory
- Construction background is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces under houses
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities
- Physical capability to walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in computer software (training provided)
