GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work under the direct supervisor of our Senior Project Manager. This role is critical to overseeing all aspects of the construction projects, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other general contracts, subcontractors, customers and peers. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wear proper PPE at all times while in the shop/warehouse and on jobsites;
• Adhere to proper OSHA and company safety protocol and policies;
• Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals;
• Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed;
• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution;
• Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable;
• Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy;
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals;
• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution;
• Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution;
• Ability and desire to work collaborative to ensure successful project execution;
• Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools;
• Expert-level experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft, Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, etc.;
• Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to the hiring industry may be preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Industry-specific certificates and licenses may be necessary or preferred, depending on industry, 1-5 years of proven and successful experience in the hiring industry a plus, verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution.
OTHER: Possess a clean, valid driver’s license; have reliable transportation, willingness to travel, completion of OSHA 10 training, while obtaining OSHA 30 certification within six months of employment and understanding of job safety.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques with assistance, as needed;
• Ability to lift, climb, reach, grasp, pull and bend repeatedly up to eight hours a day;
• Frequently walking, standing, sitting, bending and/or kneeling.
