**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to various locations efficiently and safely. (This is last mile work) You will need to have experience setting up appliances, IE: Washer , Drier. Install Refrigerators, beds, etc. You will be expected to complete the list given daily.
**Duties:**
- Arrive on site 5am in company provided 26' box truck.
- Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures
- Follow delivery schedules and routes
- Assemble, install, and set up items in customer homes.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes / communicate with dispatch to stay on track.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records (Typically up to 20 drop offs a day)
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- 10 to 12 hours shifts.
- Return to warehouse to drop off all materials picked up while dropping off.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in route driving or as a delivery driver 2 years
- Must take DOT card exam (We will provide)
- Must be neat in appearance (Company Shirt provided) No shorts
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks
- Commercial driving experience preferred but not needed 26' Box Truck Non-CDL
- Strong customer service skills
