Job Description
Frontier Group is looking for an experienced INDUSTRIAL PAINTER to become part of our team! You’ll be responsible for consistently producing class 1/A finishes on high end products and capable of texturizing parts with a minimal amount of rework. AEROSPACE/DEFENSE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS! The desired applicant will take pride in his/her work and be able to balance quality, productivity, and safety.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You’re a dedicated and skilled Industrial Painter, who is proficient in conventional spray applications of wet paint and dry film lube on machined components for the aerospace industry and Department of Defense (proficient with all Mil-Spec primers and paints).
- You understand how to interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
- If you have experience with ISO9001/AS9100, it would be a huge plus.
- You possess good attention to detail and eye/hand coordination skills.
- You pride yourself on your work ethic, excellent attendance and punctuality history.
- You will be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background and drug screen.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be a key member of our paint team, requiring minimal supervision to complete your workload according to quality standards and production schedule and to meet all manufacturing needs.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your knowledge and skillset as an experienced industrial painter is essential.
- You will always work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
- You will maintain equipment and your work area in a clean and organized manner.
- You will be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours each day and lift up to 40 lbs.
