Duties & responsibilities of the receptionist include confirming & reconfirming all new patients for their appointments, routing all patient files properly, doing insurance verif’s on all new patients, routing patients on their next step of the line, making patient files for every new patient, getting patients scheduled for their treatments and keeping the Front Desk area organized.
Receptionist must have excellent communication skills & be presentable, must be very organized and detail oriented. This is an hourly position and pay will be determined based on relevant experience
