What We Are Looking For!
IT SUPPORT ANALYST
- Provide support for IT and Operations projects as required.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide hands-on support for computer hardware and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, including updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system stability.
2. IT Infrastructure Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, including updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Monitor system performance and security, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with IT team members to optimize IT infrastructure and enhance system efficiency.
3. User Training and Support:
- Educate users on proper use of IT resources and software applications, providing training and assistance as needed.
- Foster positive user interactions with technology, addressing user concerns and promoting best practices for IT usage.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles for common IT issues and procedures.
4. ERP Systems Management:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's ERP systems, including Trashflow, Navusoft, and other software platforms.
- Provide support for ERP system users, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system configuration and customization.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize ERP system functionality and integration with other systems.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the IT support function.
- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance IT infrastructure, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT support and ERP systems management.
6. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably experience with Trashflow, Navusoft, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
- Must be able to travel, including some overnight and on short notice.
- Specific duties may vary based on company needs and evolving technology requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Entry level computer skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking
- Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipmentof 10 pounds or more
- Travel, as required
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equilvalent
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Entry level IT courses from a college, trade school, or online curriculum.
