Technical Services Engineer

The Technical Services Engineer audits inbound purchase orders, ensures quality assurance, and conducts testing on computer equipment. This role collaborates closely with the Technical Services Manager and the warehouse team to deliver excellent customer service. Success in this position hinges on executing audits and fulfilling sales orders accurately and promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Duties

• Test, audit, disassemble, and configure computer equipment
• Effective communication with various departments and customers
• Provide technical support as required

Experience

• Configuring computer hardware and software
• Networking
• Proficient in handling delicate computer equipment
• Warehouse Operations

Fulfillment Responsibilities

• Independently and efficiently execute order picking using mobile scanning software or printed sales orders
• Adhere to precise work order instructions

Refurb Responsibilities

• Ready to assist the team promptly in packing orders as required
