SUMMARY
Provide support and assistance to complete the risk underwriting process in accordance with established workflows, procedures and company protocol. Primary duties will include:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma with college degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience with personal or commercial property or an equivalent combination of education and experience desired. Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Visio experience a plus.Exhibits a desire to develop skills and advance. Math oriented.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to professionally execute excellent verbal and written communications. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
4-40 Customer Service Representative License (or) 2-20 Property & Casualty License or Excess and Surplus Lines License
