Frontline Source Group is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Dallas, TX

Our client in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist on a direct hire basis

Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist Role:

The Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist will own and deliver the recruitment process across the organization, responsibilities include developing an online recruitment presence, screening, and interviewing candidates, performing background and reference checks, and extending offers.

Manage the employment experience for new hires through the extended onboarding process up to 60-90 days from hire date.

Manage pre-employment and application flow integrity.

Propose new and innovative ways to recruit and communicate to widen the talent pipeline.

Accurately onboard talent in the HRIS system and support new hires, being their first point of contact during their first 90 days.

Host and re-design Orientation.

Host 60-day Q&A Zoom Sessions with new hires.

Facilitate ongoing activities to increase employee engagement.

Participate in employee training programs.

Update employee training and skill data in HRIS system.

Assist with and suggest HR initiatives and talent retention programs.

Deliver reports on recruitment, retention, and engagement targets to HR lead.

Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist Background Profile:

High School Diploma or equivalent, Degree preferred

2-4 years of HR experience in a high-volume hourly wage company.

Strong skills working with MS Office Suite

Motivated to complete tasks to meet deadlines.

Detail oriented, thoughtful.

Cheerful and solutions oriented with team.

Knowledge of employment law.

Analytical problem solver

Familiarity with social media
