Frontline enables customers to track wildfires, receive important alerts, and safely navigate a wildfire, while protecting a customer’s home with the remotely operated Frontline Wildfire Defense System.About This OpportunityFrontline is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Field Technician capable of doing installations. This opportunity has room for advancement, and bonus opportunities after certification is achieved.Construction, plumbing or electrical experience is preferred.ResponsibilitiesWorking in our positive team environment, you will be an integral member of a crew! You will be critical to helping ensure accurate and on-time installations while adhering to strict safety practices.As a Field Technician, You will: Install Frontline Wildfire Defense Systems on residential customers’ homes. This involves:Layout and assemble the necessary pipeworkInstall sprinklers and properly seal all roof penetrationsAssemble and install equipment to stucco, concrete, roofing, siding, etc.Wire system components (low voltage)Occasionally perform trenching, concrete work, traffic controlHandle project clean up on a daily basis.Maintain and organize inventory of vehicles and storage locationsTravel required up to 75% during the summer busy season with overnight stays required.QualificationsWe’re seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated team player with:Construction-related experienceRoof experience a plusAbility to follow instructions, learn quickly, and know when to ask questionsExperience working outdoors under various weather conditionsAbility to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)Excellent documentation skillsProfessional appearance and strong customer relation skillsMaintain a valid Driver’s LicenseWillingness to travel/reliable transportationAble to pass a background checkCompensation:Compensation will be dependent on experienceLong-term career pathway and quarterly bonus opportunities availableLife At FrontlinePassionate & driven team, with a mission and a sense of humorCompetitive compensation packageMedical, Dental, Vision coverage plus many ancillary benefitsDiversity and inclusion are essential values at Frontline.
