Frontside Coffee Roasters in North Conway, NH is seeking a full time, year round assistant manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead barista - in charge of barista training, making sure drink quality is being met and maintained by all baristas, consistent ongoing training for baristas
- In charge of all new hire training as well as ensuring all current employees are familiar with current procedures
- Providing all employees positive and constructive feedback
- Helping with inventory management and ordering of all perishables and dry goods
- Assisting the manager with all aspects of the daily operations of the coffee shop
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a food service management position
- 2 years barista experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule and work weekends and holidays as required
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
