Who you are:

As a Loan Processing Specialist I with Frost, you are our key support, you will be responsible for the review of consumer and/or commercial loan documents as well as data input to loan systems for completeness and accuracy. Our specialists believe in efficiency and strive to go above and beyond with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Verify that all documents have been received and check for accuracy and missing signatures
• Notify appropriate bank personnel of any error and/ or missing documents
• Code and upload loans to the appropriate Shaw Loan System
• Debit customer accounts for fees and process general ledger and monetary transactions and maintenance as needed
• Ensure accuracy of the previous day's booked loans and maintenance performed
• Verify draft amounts to loan and security agreements
• Match loan packages with pending files in loan systems
• Assist Lenders, ARMs, and Assistants with various loan system and document questions
• Perform balancing of loans booked throughout the day
• Update the Ace logbook, Commercial logbook, and ARGO when loans have been booked
• Add information still needed for documents to the tracking system
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
