Who You AreAs an Employee Relations Specialist, you are our employee’s first line of support, counseling and guiding employees as needed. You will also be responsible for partnering with managers to recruit and hire qualified applicants for non-exempt positions. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What You’ll Do
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion
  • Conduct Exit Interviews
  • Enter, maintain, and process information in the payroll system; information may include employee’s hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information
  • Present New Hire Induction and Orientation to acclimate new employees to Frost and to strengthen company culture throughout the organization
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Administer the FMLA process and ADA requests
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong Interviewing and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
