Are you a creative, energetic, and reliable employee with 1-3 years of marketing experience? If so, read on! Fry Orthodontics is hiring a regional marketing coordinator to join our busy department as our boots on the ground marketer for 7 of our Kansas office locations.

The best candidate has marketing experience, is willing to travel between Kansas locations, and is willing to work events that sometimes fall on nights/weekends. We are looking for a go-getter who is organized, outgoing, and tech-savvy!

What you’ll be doing:

The regional marketing coordinator in Kansas will take on a variety of marketing duties while reporting to the Marketing Manager. This role will support the marketing team in all marketing initiatives from community involvement to in-office marketing efforts.

• Assist Social Media Manager with Content Creation Calendar and postings each month

• Plan and attend community events

• Execute in-office marketing initiatives and contests for patients

• Make trips to referring dental offices partners to promote Fry Orthodontics

• Schedule lunches with referring dental offices

• Email marketing

• Keep track of marketing supply inventory

• Manage sponsorship requests

• Coordinate sponsorship opportunities with school districts/organizations in the area

• Manage our in-house braces scholarship program called, “Start a Smile”

• Work closely with Doctors and Team Members in relation to patient promotions, marketing to Dental offices, and community events

• Work with Missouri Marketing Coordinator on shared projects

Proficient in the following programs:

· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)

· Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

· Canva

· Google Drive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
