Job Responsibilities:

Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing fixes, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Performing preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Working together with the property management team to uphold safety standards and enhance resident experience.

Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a multi-family residential setting.

An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, EPA) a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to cover on-call on evenings and weekends in rotation

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.
