Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals
- Provide on-site day-to-day construction administration.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor and control project costs, including change orders and budget revisions
- Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage documentation.
- Coordinate inspection, final acceptance, and scheduling of occupancy.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion
- Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with project plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and organized
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members
- 15 years of construction management experience, including major capital projects (> $100 million)
- Experience with federal, state, and local government owners
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership and management skills, ability to supervise a project team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
