The Role:
As a Landscaping Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscaping professionals to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating job assignments, and providing hands-on support as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in landscaping: We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of success in the landscaping industry.
• Leadership skills: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong work ethic: A dedication to delivering excellent results and exceeding client expectations.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring that all work is completed with precision and accuracy.
• Valid driver's license: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
