Pacos Tacos & Tequila offers big Texas flavor in Charlottes SouthPark neighborhood!

Were looking for a Server to join our team. With 200 seats, including 20 seats on the patio, Pacos Tacos is a lively neighborhood spot with loads of space to sip, savor and mingle.

**We encourage you to apply in person. A Manager would be happy to speak with you Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 2pm and 4pm.**

As the Server, youll do more than just know the menu and make recommendations, youll be the one to provide the front-line service that brings our guests back time and time again. If you love working with some of the best people in the business, check out the details below:

**Heres what youll do:**

* Make our guests feel comfortable and let them know youre there to personally take care of them

* Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs

* Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy

* Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS

* Make the restaurant a place you would like to eat by keeping it clean and friendly

* Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs

* Provide great service by regularly refilling drinks, clearing the table, and going above and beyond guest expectations

* Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

Requirements

* You are someone who knows how to give great service, and you have 2 years of experience at a high-volume restaurant to prove it.

* Liquor, beer and wine knowledge is a plus, but we are also happy to teach!

* Excellent English communication skills are required, as is the ability to stand for long periods of time.

* You should be able to lift at least 25 pounds and have the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
