**Daily Responsibilities Include:**
* **Provide great service by maintaining your tables to FS Food Group standards.**
* **Make our guests feel comfortable and let them know youre there to personally take care of them**
* **Know regulars by name (know their preferences and needs)**
* **Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy**
* **Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS**
* **Make the restaurant a place you would like to eat by keeping it clean and friendly**
* **Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs**
* **Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the entire restaurant**
**We Are Looking for Someone Who:**
* **Can provide spectacular hospitality for our guests**
* **Enjoys working in a stimulating team-based environment**
* **Dependable and has a positive attitude**
* **Maintains a calm and cool presence during the shift with a genuine smile**
* **Can lift at least 25 pounds**
* **Can stand for long periods of time**
* **Has excellent communication skills**
* **Wine knowledge is a plus!**
