Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our Guntersville, AL location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflow. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing teams and overseeing operations
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the food and beverage industry
