The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for company. The Director of Sales plays a key role in developing and executing sales strategies for our foodservice products, programs, and services. The Sales Director’s leadership is instrumental in fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring the sales associates are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. The Sales Director must be a strong communicator who can coach, develop, and retain talent.
