FSTONE Technologies is looking for a Crypto Marketing Specialist to join our team in our remote office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop GTM Strategies: Design comprehensive go-to-market strategies for crypto projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management: Plan, supervise and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive social media and user growth.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that effectively resonates with target audience and builds brand impression.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of hard working and continuous improvement.
RequirementsExperience: have previous experience in crypto marketing and successfully helped projects to achieve business goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. (Education is not a hard requirement)
SkillsProven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and Ton Ecosystem.
Proficiency in crypto marketing platforms including Telegram, Twitter, and Discord, etc.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
