FSTONE Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in data entry tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Composes, types, and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material.
• Input data into computerized databases and systems.
• Perform data collection and verification tasks.
• Identifies and implements continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, team, and company.
• Maintain accurate records of information.
• Assist with basic clerical and administrative duties.
• Develops, utilizes, and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks.
• Ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and zero to two (0-2) years work experience.
• Must be proficient using Windows based software.
• Basic math skills for numerical data entry
• Proficiency in data entry and office software applications
• Must accurately type 40 wpm and 6,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Ability to handle clerical tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with databases and computerized systems
