*This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days/week being onsite, 2 remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the examination of daily, weekly, and monthly transactions involving fixed assets and their associated documentation (capitalization, transfers, retirements).
• Supervise activities within the fixed asset department concerning construction in process, ensuring timely placement of assets into service for depreciation commencement.
• Oversee month-end procedures related to fixed assets, managing PeopleSoft and ensuring closure of the fixed asset system.
• Evaluate monthly fixed asset roll forwards, capital expenditure summaries, depreciation and retirement analyses, and other reconciliations for fixed asset accounts.
• Assist in developing capital expenditure forecasts used in cash flow projections and quarterly guidance to analysts.
• Review and prepare annual budgets for capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Coordinate and oversee fixed asset audits of restaurants, quarterly inventories of closed stores and warehouse storage.
• Perform other assigned duties, including participation in special one-time projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
