• Oversee the review of daily, weekly, and monthly fixed asset transactions, including capitalization, transfers, and retirements.
• Supervise fixed asset activities related to construction in progress, ensuring timely asset placement to initiate depreciation.
• Manage month-end closing procedures for fixed assets, including the use of PeopleSoft and the closure of the fixed asset system.
• Review monthly fixed asset roll forwards, capital expenditure summaries, depreciation and retirement analyses, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing capital expenditure forecasts for cash forecasting and quarterly analyst guidance.
• Review and prepare annual budgets for capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Coordinate and review fixed asset audits for restaurants, and quarterly inventories for closed stores and warehouse storage.
• Perform other assigned duties, including special one-time projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
