• Handle leave of absence requests and associated paperwork, such as Disability, FMLA, PFL, and Workers Compensation.
• Manage billing statements reconciliation.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires on benefits and ensure smooth online enrollment through ADP.
• Administer COBRA paperwork, enrollments, and payments.
• Communicate regularly with employees via email, telephone, and video conferencing.
• Assist employees in resolving inquiries regarding statements or bills.
• Foster a welcoming environment for employees during benefit or human resources-related interactions.
• Process and file ACA forms.
• Maintain employee records.
• Organize and update employee files with necessary documentation.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
