Marketing Specialist

Purpose of Position: The Americas Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing plans for key segments in the region, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, preference, demand, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs) with an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
• Develop strategic campaigns for customer-facing events and digital lead generation.
• Drive lead conversion and coordinate growth initiatives to build brand awareness and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Development, and Product Line Management to identify opportunities.
• Project manage marketing campaigns and content creation on time and within budget.
• Understand the market segment and develop expertise through industry engagement.
• Lead projects to conclusion and become a subject matter expert.
• Support communication strategy and engage with sales teams to effectively present value propositions.
• Lead product launch/commercialization processes and execute digital campaigns.
• Define value propositions and messaging for focus markets.
• Develop and market technical and business-driven content.

Performance Metrics:

• Timely and budget-compliant project execution
• Segment revenue growth
• Number of new qualified leads and marketing-influenced revenue
• Key account, web, and social media engagement
• Process improvement through Kaizen

Key Competencies:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• Digital experience: Social Media, email campaigns, web content management, SEO (desirable)
• Technical aptitude and understanding of segment/network architecture
• Ability to create commitment and inspire employee engagement
• Conflict management and independent operation skills
• Flexibility across geographical/structural segments
• Creativity and passion for marketing

Desired:

• Experience in telecommunications or a related industry

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
