As a Field Service Engineer for Fuji America Corporation, you will be a customer facing and providing our customers with their first experience with our technology and demonstrating how we can improve their process.
Job Summary:
Field Service Engineers (FSE) are primarily performing customer-site installations, preventative maintenance, and routine or emergency repairs and process engineering support on SMT machines. The FSE should be able to troubleshoot (both on-site and off-site), repair and instruct others to operate effectively and efficiently. We expect our engineers to be able to communicate professionally in the field to our customers regarding machine operation, repairs, training, troubleshooting. The FSE advise management regarding customer satisfaction, and product performance, you are essentially our eyes and ears in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred. SMT experience preferred. Strong aptitude with electrical and mechanical diagnostics/repairs. Proficiency with modern PC applications.
